Return & Exchange Policy

At GozalFaceKSA your satisfaction is our priority which is why we offer a flexible return policy.

Because we care about the comfort of our valued customers, if you don't like the product or there is a problem with it you can exchange or return the product within 3 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all shipping and return costs.
  • In other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

How to Submit a Replacement or Return Request?

You can submit a replacement or return request by sending the information via WhatsApp or email. 

The replacement or return request must include the following:

  •  Customer's mobile number Order number Name of the product to be replaced
  • Reason for replacement: You will be notified of the return request method and will be served immediately once your order is received and the item is in good condition.
